WILL STUDY FOR FOOD

The San Antonio Area Foundation has around 80 scholarships available. The scholarship I found was call the Blue Bird Auxiliary Scholarship. The information of this scholarship is (taken right off website):

Course of study: healthcare

Scholarship A: Student must volunteer at Methodist Healthcare Hospital for a minimum of 350 hours; be a citizen of the United States; have received a degree from an accredited college or university well qualified in a specific medical discipline; maintain a minimum 3.1 GPA; have been accepted for study to an accredited college or university for an advanced degree in a medically related field and must provide proof of such. Student must attend school on a full-time basis.

Scholarship B: Student must volunteer at Methodist Healthcare Hospital for a minimum of 350 hours; be a citizen of the United States; have received a high school diploma, maintain a minimum 3.1 GPA; have been accepted for study for a medically related degree at an accredited college or university and must provide proof of such. Must attend school on a full-time basis.

The application will be available in December 2014. Deadline: May 30, 2015
